A strategy for improvement is devised in conjuction with the appropriately involved and responsible employees. The data from consumer surveys is drawn into the picture and the by now concrete development strategy is fully integrated into the work force. This is most often carried out in workshops as a means of quickly and efficiently introducing it, for immediate implementation.
